Project Overview

The Residence Inn is a $27 million select-service hotel project with 138 rooms and 4,000 square feet ground floor commercial space. This site is at the southwest corner of Colonial Drive and Orange Avenue at the northern gateway of Downtown Orlando. The development team is led by Ustler Group of Companies in partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Management. The hotel opened on July 31, 2015.

The Residence Inn is another exciting addition to the emerging North Quarter District in Downtown Orlando. The 4,000 square foot commercial space can be subdivided into two smaller spaces and is an ideal location for office, professional service, or quick service / take-out restaurants.
